Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist in Miami, FL to provide patient-centered care at The Lilac at Silver Palms. This full-time daytime role offers collaboration with a leadership team and opportunities to advance clinical practice.

Requirements include a master's or doctorate in OT, a current state license, NBCOT certification, and about 1 year of experience. You will evaluate and develop individualized plans and document progress.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in OT required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
