Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to ensure site readiness, coordinate infrastructure, onboard assets, validate deployments, troubleshoot issues, document activities, and manage the support transition in operational technology environments.

The role requires broad infrastructure and networking skills, plus strong problem-solving and cross-team coordination with site personnel, vendors, and remote teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/engineering or related field.
5+ years in field support, infrastructure or networking roles.
Experience with site-based deployments and operational readiness.
Knowledge of IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching concepts.
Ability to travel and work onsite in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Support site onboarding, readiness and deployment activities for OT environments.
Coordinate with project teams, engineering resources, site personnel, vendors.
Assist with network/infrastructure installation, validation and troubleshooting.
Document deployment records and support transition artifacts.
Perform testing, readiness reviews and defect tracking.
