Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to support site readiness, infrastructure coordination, asset onboarding, implementation validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and handover activities in operational technology environments.

The ideal candidate has broad infrastructure and networking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, field execution discipline, and the ability to coordinate with site personnel, engineering teams, vendors, and remote support organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• 5+ years of field support, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, or implementation roles.
• Experience supporting site-based technology deployments and operational readiness.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching concepts.
• Ability to travel and support onsite implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Site onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT environments.
• Install, validate, and troubleshoot network and security infrastructure.
• Onboard OT assets and reconcile inventory; update documentation.
• Perform testing, readiness reviews, and defect tracking; coordinate escalations as needed.
• Maintain site implementation notes, diagrams, and handoff documentation.
