Job summary

The Senior Manager, OT Cybersecurity at ASSA ABLOY Group will lead the Americas OT cybersecurity program, developing strategy, standards, and governance for ICS and production environments, onsite in New Haven, CT.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and business leaders to drive risk management, resilience, and incident response, and you may travel up to 75% as required to support global manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity, industrial control systems, or operational technology experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing security programs, projects, or teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Americas OT Cybersecurity Strategy and governance aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish OT cybersecurity standards and control frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
• Drive long-term OT security roadmap and investment strategy.
• Embed cybersecurity requirements into factory modernization and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Lead OT risk management and communicate business impact to executives.
• Lead incident response and crisis management for OT-related security events.
• Provide strategic direction for OT security architecture and controls.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve operational resilience and recovery readiness.
• Provide executive reporting on OT risk, maturity, and initiatives.
• Drive OT cybersecurity assessments and awareness across facilities.
