Job summary

Traka (Assa Abloy) seeks a Senior Manager of OT Cybersecurity based onsite in New Haven, CT. You will own the OT cyber risk program, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and business leaders to protect ICS and production processes.

Lead strategy, governance, and risk management aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF. Travel up to 75% to support manufacturing facilities across the Americas while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Deep understanding of ICS/SCADA within manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading security programs and teams in industrial settings.
• Strong communication to executives and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Americas OT Cybersecurity Strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish OT cybersecurity standards, policies, and control frameworks.
• Drive OT risk management including asset prioritization and risk assessments.
• Lead resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity for OT environments.
• Provide strategic direction on OT security architectures and controls.
• Coordinate incident response and post-incident reviews across functions.
• Provide executive reporting on OT risk and program maturity.
