Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Director, OT Cybersecurity Officer to lead global OT cybersecurity strategy and risk management across manufacturing and distribution environments. The role partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, ISC, Digital, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory to balance cybersecurity with safety and supply continuity.

The position requires a strong background in OT/ICS security, risk management, and executive communication, with a track record of delivering measurable cyber risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline required.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own BD’s global OT cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, target-state architecture, policies, standards, risk thresholds, and governance model.
• Lead cross-functional governance to drive consistent adoption of OT cybersecurity requirements.
• Own the enterprise OT risk and vulnerability management framework, including prioritization and remediation governance.
• Translate OT risk into business impact, resilience, and executive-level decisions.
• Provide security leadership for modernization and digital manufacturing initiatives.
