Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead multi-workstream engagements for critical infrastructure clients. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted client relationships at the CISO/VP level, and contribute to business development across the OT security market.

You will balance strategic vision with operational delivery, guiding program maturity, regulatory compliance, and impactful security solutions while mentoring a team of consultants and managers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security.
• 7+ years consulting with Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infra clients.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with OT risk, compliance, and program strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop OT security program strategies, roadmaps, governance, and investment plans.
• Advise CISOs and VP-level stakeholders on OT risk and regulatory compliance.
• Drive growth through client relationships and proactive security capability gaps.
• Mentor consultants and managers, ensuring quality across deliverables.
• Lead OT security business development and contribute to RFPs and proposals.
