Job summary

Accenture seeks an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted client relationships at the CISO/VP level, and contribute to business development as a senior SME.

You will guide multi-year roadmaps, governance structures, CSOC builds, and technology investments while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security.
• 7+ years of consulting with OT security programs delivered to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• 5+ years of people leadership including mentoring and developing consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements with delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop OT security program strategies, roadmaps, governance, and CSOC build-outs.
• Serve as senior advisor to CISOs and VP-level stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy.
