EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead engagements designing and improving cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will drive risk assessments, architecture reviews and roadmaps while collaborating with engineering, operations and security teams to protect critical operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
8+ years of cybersecurity/OT security experience with leadership roles.
Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or roadmaps.
Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments and industrial networking.

Responsibilities

Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including assessments and roadmaps.
Guide design and implementation of OT security controls and monitoring.
Coordinate workshops with operations, engineering and executives.
Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
