Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. (SEL) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to own the business and technical aspects of strategic selling in cybersecurity for utility-grade clients.

You will partner with peers to differentiate SEL, position value, and build trusted advisor relationships in your region. Become an OT security SME, meet with prospective clients to uncover challenges, map SEL differentiators to business drivers, and lead custom demonstrations and pricing discussions

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity hardware, software, and services sales experience in the electric utility sector.
• 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in territory growth.
• Ability to lead discussions from technical to executive levels with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic selling process and drive opportunities with major accounts.
• Meet with clients to discover challenges and map SEL value to business drivers.
• Lead pricing and commercial strategy discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive SEL solutions.
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers.
