Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to oversee the software supply chain security programs and automated QA.

You will lead a team of engineers, define secure SDLC practices, and collaborate with product teams to meet cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements. You will drive adoption of secure provenance, SBOM management, and integration with EU Cyber Resilience Act initiatives while mentoring engineers and representing SEL at industry

Qualifications

• 8+ years software product development across the Secure SDLC, including embedded/cloud/web areas.
• 3+ years of technical leadership in software development.
• Proficiency with multiple programming languages and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve product security programs related to the software supply chain and relevant standards.
• Define, deploy, and maintain automated security QA processes and tools.
• Mentor and grow a team of software engineers and represent SEL externally as needed.
