Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will drive risk-based security programs, mentor teams and collaborate with engineering, operations and executive stakeholders.

You will guide security design, implement controls, and help clients balance safety, availability and reliability while staying current on industry standards and threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, Eng, Industrial Automation or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or security programs.
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU or HMI.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 guidance.
• Experience delivering client reports, roadmaps, designs or policies.
• Ability to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments and architecture reviews.
• Assess IC S environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, IIoT) and related networks.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and monitoring.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF frameworks in client environments.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and translate findings into business risk.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and communications.
• Coach and develop engagement teams and ensure quality deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for EY to add value and support business development.
• Stay current on OT threats, regulations and evolving security practices.
