You translate enterprise objectives into operational plans, risk controls, and measurable outcomes while protecting critical production operations. This role requires broad leadership across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, IT, and cybersecurity, plus strong incident response and governance.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity programs in manufacturing/distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity strategy for manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Translate strategy into operational plans, roadmaps, standards and measurable outcomes.
• Direct OT risk assessments, incident response, governance, and cross‑site practices.
