Job summary

Qnity is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity OT Engineer/Specialist to drive the OT cybersecurity program across its global manufacturing sites. The role leads on-site execution, ensures cybersecurity compliance for automation and capital projects, and crafts PCN standards and best practices.

The candidate will implement OT security measures including remote access, asset management, and backup/recovery platforms, while mentoring site engineers and coordinating with IT/OT and EHS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, CS, EE, or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with OT/ICS in manufacturing.
• Strong OT/PCN network architecture knowledge and Purdue model familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity program deployment at manufacturing sites.
• Validate project cybersecurity compliance as reviewer for automation projects.
• Develop and maintain PCN cybersecurity standards and best practices.
