Job summary

Qnity is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity OT Engineer/Specialist to deploy and manage OT cybersecurity programs across manufacturing sites worldwide. You will lead site execution, ensure project cybersecurity compliance, and develop PCN standards and best practices for secure operations.

The role requires hands-on experience securing OT/ICS environments, knowledge of network segmentation, asset management, backup/recovery, and EDR/XDR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity, CS, or engineering.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with OT/ICS in manufacturing.
• Strong OT/PCN network architecture knowledge and Purdue model.
• Experience in industrial environments such as process, chemical, energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity program deployment at manufacturing sites globally.
• Validate project cybersecurity compliance for automation and capital works.
• Develop and maintain PCN cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Create OT network diagrams and auditing processes.
• Oversee implementation of secure remote access, asset management, and EDR.
• Support risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.
