Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years in cybersecurity/OT security.
• Experience leading OT security assessments and architecture reviews.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST guidance.
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps and security designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including risk assessments and roadmaps.
• Assess industrial environments (ICs, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, SIS, IIoT).
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and defense-in-depth.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and related standards.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and translate findings to business risk.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Coach and develop team members and promote collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for EY to add value for clients.
• Support proposals, thought leadership and reusable assets.
• Stay updated on OT threat activity and evolving regulations.
