Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Transformation Security Manager to lead OT security engagements across critical infrastructure. You will research, analyze, and report on OT threat actors, develop right-sized security solutions, and brief senior stakeholders.

The role requires a strong cyber threat intelligence background for OT, substantial consulting experience in industrial environments, and travel flexibility (0–100%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Minimum 10 years analyzing and briefing cybersecurity threat intelligence.
• Minimum 5 years working with OT networks and security solutions.
• Minimum 3 years with industrial organizations on cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security engagements in critical infrastructure environments.
• Research, analyze and report on OT threats, TTPs and geopolitics.
• Provide OT-focused briefings to senior internal and external audiences.
