Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Defense Specialist for its Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) in the United States.

The role focuses on protecting Dow's manufacturing environments by developing OT detection content, leading investigations, and coordinating incident response across OT and enterprise networks. The successful candidate will bring deep OT engineering knowledge, familiarity with industrial control systems, and the ability to communicate risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent; 3+ years experience.
• Deep OT/ICS knowledge across DCS/PLC/SCADA.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, threat hunting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OT SME for industrial control systems and OT networks.
• Develop OT-focused detection use cases and monitoring capabilities.
• Investigate OT/enterprise security events, threat hunting and root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate emerging threats and translate intelligence into defensive strategies.
• Maintain detection content, runbooks, and incident response guidance.
