Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks an OT Cyber Defense Specialist for its CSOC, with deep OT engineering experience and strong cybersecurity focus. You will protect Dow's manufacturing environment, perform investigations, threat hunting, and develop OT detection content across OT and enterprise domains.

Ideal candidates combine knowledge of process control systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA), OT networks, and modern cyber threat practices to advance Dow's cyber resilience and defense posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant OT cybersecurity experience in industrial environments.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS tech (DCS, PLC, SCADA, industrial networks) and risk vectors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OT SME for industrial control systems, OT networks, and cyber risks.
• Develop OT-focused detection use cases and analytics using MITRE ATT&CK for ICs.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments; threat hunting and forensics.
• Evaluate emerging threats and translate intelligence into defensive capabilities.
• Create detection content, playbooks, and incident response guidance for OT monitoring.
