Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an energetic Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs in an in-facility setting. You will follow recovery plans, deliver treatments, and help patients regain independence under the supervision of the Director of Rehab.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and supporting patients and families throughout the recovery journey. Licensure or eligibility is required in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support patient independence and safety.
