Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver in-facility therapy programs and contribute to recovery plans. You will work under the Director of Rehab, implementing routine activities and therapies to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program per ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient independence.
