Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement and deliver targeted therapy in a facility-based setting. You will follow established recovery plans, provide hands-on treatments, and help patients regain independence while collaborating with the rehab team.

You will report to the Director of Rehab and join a supportive, growth-oriented environment that emphasizes patient-centered care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain independence and function.
• Collaborate with the care team and refer patients as needed to optimize outcomes.

Education
