Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow prescribed recovery plans, and deliver therapeutic treatments to help patients regain function.

You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting patients as they progress toward independence. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with teammates and refer patients when needed.
• Address the whole patient and support independence and function.
