Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments designed to restore patients’ independence.

You will work with a compassionate team, focusing on patient-centered care across rehabilitation services and wellness programs. The position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and work to restore independence.
