Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver invites applications for a Full-Time Out-of-School Time Site Supervisor. Based in Aurora, CO, you will oversee before/after school, school breaks, and summer camps, supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and engage families and school partners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of youth development or related nonprofit experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to inclusion and belonging with diverse communities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required, or obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, coach, and supervise program staff and leads.
• Develop staffing schedules ensuring coverage for safety and licensing.
• Build positive relationships with families and school partners.
• Maintain records and incident reporting per standards.
• Lead high-quality programming that supports youth development.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment and program excellence.
