Job summary

Roseville Area Schools seeks an Out of School Time Program Specialist to support OST programs at Emmet Williams Elementary School. The role involves early morning and late afternoon hours, plus some weekends, with a 12-month schedule and up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include developing K-8 programming, family communication, staff guidance, and youth leadership activities. Requires 2 years post-secondary; a 4-year degree is preferred; travel and transport are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of post secondary school required; a 4 year degree preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with school age youth is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programming for youth in grades K-8; direct child time and family communication.
• Support youth leadership, school day alignment, and staff direction.
• Assist with supply shopping and behavior management; provide special needs support and marketing.
