Job summary

Roseville Area Schools has an Out of School Time Site Coordinator position at Little Canada Elementary School. You will oversee day-to-day management of School Age Care, Youth Enrichment and related programs, working with students, staff development, supervision and evaluation. The role supports family communication and community partnerships.

Hours are 6:30-11am and 3-6pm, with occasional evenings/weekends. This is a 12-month, 40-hour week position.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in out of school time programs supervising staff and working with diverse youth and families.
• Must have own car for supply shopping and off site trainings and meetings.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of out of school time programs at the location.
• Work directly with students; staff development, supervision, coaching, mentoring and evaluation.
• Be a member of the Out of School Time program leadership team and school staff team.
• Maintain family communication, build partnerships, implement programs, and manage records.
• Ensure compliance with district policies/procedures, safety, security, and enrichment strategies.
