Responsibilities

• Manage phone and email queue during scheduled work hours.
• Monitor daily service orders and schedule work orders to meet deadlines.
• Provide coaching to OSS when regional coverage is a concern.
• Train OSS team on CS partners and day-to-day operations.
• Serve as first point of escalation for OSS operations.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Track OSS performance metrics and enforce program requirements.
• Recommend process improvements and document new procedures.
