Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Portland, OR seeks an OSHA Associate Attorney to advise clients on workplace safety and health compliance with OSHA regulations and manage related labor and employment matters.

The successful candidate will support partners, supervise outside counsel, and interact with regulatory agencies to influence policy and pursue litigation as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience; OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary office.
