BCG Attorney Search is seeking an OSHA Associate Attorney in Cleveland, OH to support clients on workplace safety and OSHA compliance while handling related labor and employment matters. The role involves coordinating with partners, outside counsel, and vendors on EH&S issues, and building relationships with regulatory agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, 3+ years of employment litigation experience with OSHA exposure, and admission to the State Bar.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary office.
