Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an OSHA Associate in Kansas City, KS to support clients on workplace safety and health compliance under OSHA regulations and to manage labor and employment matters as needed.

The successful candidate will advise on regulatory requirements, work with outside counsel and vendors, develop relationships with regulatory agencies, handle related litigation and negotiations, and provide crisis management for workplace safety matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary office.
