Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Manager, OS&E Category Management at our McLean, VA corporate office. This hybrid role (3 days in office) focuses on developing OS&E category strategies across Hilton's global portfolio, partnering with brands, owners, and operators to balance guest experience and owner value.

You will lead sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and program implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Three years sourcing or supply chain experience
• Three years project and contract management in a matrixed environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Approximately 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and communications
• Analyze performance indicators to ensure cost savings and compliance with standards
• Lead cost savings efforts via negotiations, bids, and product rationalization
• Develop and implement OS&E category strategies
• Lead global programs and ensure supplier performance
• Oversee RFP processes and contract negotiations
