Job summary

Hilton's corporate office in McLean, VA seeks a Senior Associate, Responsible Sourcing & Supplier Inclusion to partner with all Hilton brands and guide programs with distinctive products and services. You will work on supplier due diligence, sustainable product assessments, and attend conferences to connect with potential suppliers.

Reporting to the Director, Responsible Sourcing & Supplier Inclusion, you will collaborate with Sustainability, Procurement, and Brand teams to support Travel with

Qualifications

Three years of professional work experience.
Two years of experience with project management or process management.
25% domestic travel.

Responsibilities

Partner with Hilton's Sustainability & Responsible Business team and regional HSM partners to better engage with purchasing colleagues and bring to life Travel with Purpose 2030 goals.
Engage with potential responsible and inclusive suppliers for potential onboarding with HSM.
Provide Tier 2 Spend reports to travel and meeting service clients.
Review potential responsible and inclusive suppliers for incorporation into RFP lists.
Collaborate with Category Managers to assess potential suppliers and strengthen relationships.
