Job summary

Hilton in McLean, VA is seeking a highly skilled program management professional to lead a one-year enterprise initiative accelerating digital stay capabilities across guests, Team Members, and owner/operators. You will translate strategy into cross-functional execution spanning marketing, technology, communications, enablement, reporting, change management, and support.

This is a contract role through Talent Solutions, with hybrid work onsite 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive alignment across internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong program management skills including planning, governance, risk and budget tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive updates and decisions.
• Proactive risk, issue, and tradeoff management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating agency and vendor workstreams, including procurement and budgets.
• Familiarity with digital products, customer experience, brand activation, or loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across cross-functional workstreams from mobilization to launch and sustainment.
• Create and manage the integrated program plan with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Maintain PMO artifacts: roadmap, workstream charters, readiness tracker, risk and decision logs, budget tracker.
• Coordinate business leads, workstream owners, and vendors to maintain alignment and progress.
• Lead readiness planning, define criteria, track pilots and scale thresholds, and plan transitions for ongoing ownership.
• Oversee agency/vendor workstreams, briefs, procurement, timelines, and budget implications.
• Identify risks/issues early; develop mitigation plans and escalate decisions when needed.
• Develop executive-ready communications synthesizing progress, risks, and next steps.
