Job summary

Hilton is seeking a procurement professional to join the in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team in McLean, VA. You will support sourcing and contract negotiations across HR categories, analyze spend data, and implement strategic sourcing aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
Experience with procurement or ERP systems (Coupa, Ariba, SAP).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Support HR spend category sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
Conduct market, supplier, and spend analysis to identify savings opportunities.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations and proposal assessments.
Support procurement operations and purchasing activities within procurement systems.
