Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive multi-state sourcing, contract execution, and supplier performance across OS&E, F&B, FF&E, and MRO categories. The role collaborates with hotel teams, Legal, Finance, and Procurement Services to optimize terms and drive value.

The ideal candidate will manage the full contracting lifecycle, lead competitive bidding events, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance and strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain or procurement experience.
• Experience with OS&E, F&B, FF&E, Capital, Reserves and MRO preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with spend analytics and e-procurement tools.
• Excellent communication skills and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sourcing projects, including negotiation strategy, RFP development, supplier selection, business case creation, project management, and contract execution.
• Manage supply contracts to ensure optimal terms, compliance, and coverage.
• Oversee sourcing initiatives across multiple locations with cross-functional leadership.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Build relationships with financial and operational teams to support sourcing strategies.
• Track savings, compliance, and variances to leadership.
• Support supplier onboarding and e-bidding platform setup.
