GAAP Search Solutions LTD in Miami is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist focused on OS&E to optimize costs across hospitality properties. You will lead supplier negotiations, develop procurement strategies, and manage cross-property sourcing projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years OS&E experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement software. On-site, full-time with competitive salary and incentives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of OS&E sourcing experience in hospitality or procurement.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost management.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software tools.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency.
• Manage the vendor selection process, including issuing RFPs/RFQs, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
• Maintain and update pricing databases and procurement records to ensure accurate financial tracking.
