Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines in Florida seeks an OS&D Clerk to investigate overages, shortages and damaged freight, including Hazmat, and identify shipments and PROs. You will work with Service Center Operations, regional OS&D and safety teams, compliance & field support, security, and corporate operations.

You will handle customer questions about shipping orders and pricing, maintain item counts, and prepare repacking paperwork. Proficiency with EDock, Customer Portals, and Pega is expected.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve all overages, shortages, and damaged freight issues, including Hazmat Materials.
• Identify freight for high value shortages and determine shipment/PRO to which they belong.
• Collaborate with Service Center Operations, Regional OS&D/Customer Care, Safety, Compliance & Field Support, Security, and Corporate Operations.
