Job summary

MSC is seeking a Healthcare Sales Territory Manager - Orthotics in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on promoting a portfolio of orthotic devices to healthcare providers, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, with moderate to extensive travel to meet customers and support patient fittings.

The ideal candidate will build relationships with clinicians and administrators, demonstrate products, and drive sales growth within the assigned territory, while staying current on industry trends and best

Qualifications

• Experience calling on health systems, orthopedics, and physical therapy clinics.
• Familiarity with insurance reimbursement and documentation processes for orthotic devices.
• Relationship Management skills.
• Clinical communication capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, rehab professionals, PT/OT professionals, and clinic administrators.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clinical staff.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction and product utilization.
• Travel within the territory to meet customers, attend trade shows and industry events.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand account base through networking and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance offerings.
• Stay current on orthotic industry trends and competitive products.
• Other duties as assigned
