MSC, a longstanding leader in patient care, seeks an Orthotic Sales Representative to drive growth in a defined territory. You will promote orthotic devices to healthcare providers, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, traveling as needed to deliver demonstrations and support patient fittings while building lasting clinician relationships.

The ideal candidate thrives in a clinical sales environment with strong product knowledge and patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience calling on health systems, orthopedics and PT clinics.
• Familiarity with insurance reimbursement and documentation processes for orthotic devices.
• Strong relationship management and territory planning skills.
• Excellent communication with clinical staff and physicians.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, rehab professionals, PT/OT staff, and clinic admins.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training for clinical staff.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure high customer satisfaction and product utilization.
• Travel within the assigned territory for customer visits, trade shows, and events.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand accounts through networking.
• Maintain records in CRM with sales activities and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance offerings.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive products related to orthotic solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
