Job summary

ForMotion Clinic seeks a field-based Medical Sales professional to drive referrals for prosthetic patient services across an assigned territory in the United States. You will develop relationships with surgeons and allied staff, present the clinic’s patient care experiences, and manage data in CRM systems to track progress.

The role requires 4–7 years in medical sales, a bachelor’s degree, and travel flexibility to visit clinics and hospitals regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of medical sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to grow and cultivate a territory with quota achievement.
• Experience in orthotics/prosthetics or related healthcare is a plus.
• Self-starter with teamwork orientation and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow referrals from physician offices.
• Conduct office calls with referral sources and complete multiple face‑to‑face meetings daily.
• Communicate clinical product benefits and create brand awareness.
• Manage referral processes, CRM data, and tracking programs.
• Attend meetings with clinical staff and leadership; analyze market opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly analyses of growth and quota attainment.
