Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to create and modify orthotics and evaluate patients of all ages, adjusting plans of care as needed. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff and students and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

This role offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates. The ideal candidate holds a PT license, BLS certification, and is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with IDFPR or applicable state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with orthotics needs, design plan of care and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and home exercise programs.
• Perform examinations and select appropriate evaluation methods for functional deficits.
• Document therapy sessions accurately in the EMR per policy.
• Coordinate with care team and referring providers regarding patient progress.
