Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) by IL IDFPR in good standing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients across the lifespan.
• Develop and modify plan of care with goals, outcomes and discharge plan.
• Educate patients and families using effective teaching methods.
