Job summary

Fillauer Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Chattanooga, TN. You will manage assigned customer accounts, handle product inquiries, process orders, and arrange shipping while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 5+ years in customer service or sales support, experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and ticketing platforms, and strong communication skills. A DME background is a plus, and the position is on-site in Chattanooga.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in customer service or sales support, preferably in manufacturing or durable medical equipment.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and ticketing platforms (SalesForce/HelpScout).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Typing 40+ WPM with minimal errors.
• Experience with durable medical equipment or orthotics/prosthetics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as account support for assigned customers, domestic and international partners.
• Process orders, inquiries, billing questions, and delivery issues with accuracy.
• Maintain complete documentation of customer interactions and order details.
• Identify and communicate delays, coordinating resolution with internal teams.
• Provide weekly open-order reports via Excel and monitor backlog.
