Job summary

US Foot & Ankle Specialists in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a friendly Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to support the Foot Orthotics Department. You will process orthotic work orders from our online portal and enter them into the internal database, while handling basic order status inquiries from patients and offices.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in data entry, customer service, reception, clerical support, or similar role preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orthotic work orders from the online portal.
• Enter and maintain accurate order information in the internal database.
• Export and organize work order information as needed.
• Review information for accuracy and follow up on missing data.
• Answer incoming calls and provide basic order information.
• Route calls to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Respond to inquiries from offices, staff, and callers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records as needed.
• Assist with general clerical tasks to support the Foot Orthotics Department.
• Communicate with lab and office staff to ensure orders move through the process smoothly.
