Job summary

Follett Products, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle quotes, orders, and customer inquiries across Health Care, Food Service, Workplace, and International markets. You will resolve complaints during the quote/order process and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent required.
• Previous business/office related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook with ability to learn various software/ERP systems.
• Ability to successfully complete required Customer Service training.

Responsibilities

• Handles and processes customer queries for quotation and purchase of spare parts and/or finished goods across Follett’s market segments.
• Resolves customer complaints that may arise during the quote/order fulfillment process.
• Maintains responsive communication with customers via various channels.
• Develops understanding of Follett’s quote and order processes and product offerings.
• Packages and records customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
