Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Jackson, MS is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to drive growth by selling medical devices and surgical products in the assigned territory. You will develop territory plans, build relationships with surgeons, and lead product launches and demonstrations in clinical settings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of outside sales, travel up to 30%, and is 100% commission with eligible bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed quota.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, supply chain, and administrators.
• Conduct product demonstrations and trials in clinical and operating room environments.
• Support and lead product launches, conversions, and implementations.
• Deliver in-services and training to clinical staff on proper product use.
• Identify and advance new business opportunities and pipeline growth.
• Analyze territory performance and communicate results to leadership.
