Job summary

Fallstaff Search is recruiting for a Clinical Specialist to support a growing medical device team across Michigan. The role is ideal for someone with a clinical background or an Associate Sales Rep stepping into a technical, procedure-focused position, based mainly in Grand Rapids.

You will work with physicians and clinical staff to support case coverage, product education, and adoption, traveling within the Michigan territory as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Background in orthopedics, sports medicine, spine, or foot & ankle strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in procedural and operating room environments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and procedural support during cases and product implementations.
• Build relationships with podiatrists, foot & ankle surgeons, orthopedic specialists, and pain management physicians.
• Educate physicians and clinical staff on product use and clinical best practices.
• Assist with product training, case support, and new technology adoption.
• Identify opportunities to support territory growth within existing and new accounts.
• Maintain a strong presence within hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician offices.
• Partner closely with the territory sales team to support overall business objectives.

Fallstaff Search is recruiting for a Clinical Specialist to support a growing medical device team covering the Michigan market. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a clinical background or an Associate Sales Representative looking to step into a more technical, procedure-focused role.

The Clinical Specialist will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to support case coverage, product education, and clinical adoption. This role plays an important part in driving procedural growth while ensuring successful outcomes in the operating room and clinical settings.

Primary call points include orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, foot & ankle specialists, and pain management physicians. The position offers strong internal support and the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Territory

This position will be based primarily in Grand Rapids but will support accounts across the Michigan territory.

Travel will be required throughout the area to support cases and accounts.
