Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to drive territory growth, build surgeon relationships, and lead product launches in hospital settings. You will conduct demonstrations, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver in-services to clinical staff while tracking performance and ensuring quota attainment in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of medical device or healthcare sales.
• Proven quota attainment and revenue growth.
• Experience selling into hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Leadership or high-performance experience through athletics, internships, or activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by selling medical devices and surgical products within your territory.
• Influence stakeholders with strong communication and negotiation skills across complex sales cycles.
• Own your business, stay organized, and consistently meet quotas.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed targets.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, supply chain, and hospital admins.
• Lead product launches, conversions, and clinical demonstrations.
• Deliver in-services and training to clinical staff on product use.
• Identify new opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
• Analyze territory performance and communicate results to leadership.
• Provide real-time problem solving in surgical environments.
