Stryker in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to partner with the local Sales Representatives and help grow the business in the assigned territory. The role includes attending surgeries, ensuring product availability, and promoting our Upper Extremities products to surgeons and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification plus related experience preferred.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years related experience acceptable.
• 4+ years of active duty military service considered relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and support Upper Extremities sales in the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and educate surgeons on use and functionality.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use, updates, and portfolio changes.
• Engage with customers to identify sales opportunities and strengthen relationships.
